1. 61 or more days before arrival:No cancellation fee will be applied, and the
   full amount of your booking will be refunded.
2. 60 to 31 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value will be charged. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
3. 30 or fewer days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value will apply, and no refund will be issued.

1. In case of early departure or failure to check-in (no-show), 100% of the
   booking value will be charged, and no refund will be granted.

1. If you need to modify your reservation (date changes, number of participants, etc.), please contact us at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate the changes, but any modifications made within 30 days of arrival may be subject to additional fees, depending on availability and the nature of the change.

1. Please note that certain promotions or discounted offers may be non- refundable or subject to stricter cancellation terms. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

1. To cancel a booking, please contact our reservations team by email at bookings@nomadictribe.com . Cancellations are only considered effective once a cancellation confirmation has been received from us.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during the booking process.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation or modification of your travel plans.
